Csm Ermini a UniPegaso: "Ognuno mantenga proprio binario" Il secondo appuntamento del ciclo di conferenze dell' Università Telematica Pegaso "I confini della Giurisdizione" coordinati dal professore Vittorio Occorsio e "nati dalla volontà di riflettere sull'attuale stato della giustizia" - come spiega lo stesso Occorsio - "coinvolgendo magistrati e uomini delle istituzioni in dialogo con esponenti della stampa e dell'accademia". Ad introdurre i lavori il Rettore dell'UniPegaso, Alessandro Bianchi: "Il tema di oggi è 'Crisi della giustizia e confronto con la politica', siamo su un terreno che oggi mi sembra 'scivoloso' - afferma Bianchi - assistiamo ad un confronto che in alcuni momenti supera i confini di quello che ci si aspetta in una società civile". In questa seconda edizione sono invitati a discutere del rapporto fra la magistratura e la politica il vice presidente del Consiglio Superiore della Magistratura, David Ermini, il giornalista del Corriere della Sera, Giovanni Bianconi, e Francesco Fimmanò, vice presidente del Consiglio di Presidenza della Corte dei Conti e direttore scientifico dell'Università Telematica Pegaso. "Il rapporto fra politica e giustizia è stabilito dalla nostra Costituzione" - ribadisce il vicepresidente del Csm Ermini e aggiunge - "credo che in un sistema di separazione dei poteri sia essenziale che ognuno mantenga il proprio binario, se la politica fa la politica, la legislazione fa la legislazione e i giudici si occupano di giustizia il sistema istituzionale di bilanciamento ed equilibrio fa sì che il nostro Stato vada avanti tranquillamente". "Io credo che questo inseguimento della politica rispetto al potere giudiziario è stato un errore metodologico" afferma il direttore scientifico Fimmanò e continua - "in realtà non esiste qualcuno che è ancillare ad un altro, la tripartizione fa sì che ogni potere debba avere una notevole forza. Io sono molto spaventato dalla perdita della forza del potere politico che organizza il sistema democratico, da questo punto di vista siamo in una fase patologica del sistema".
